To ensure the most favorable pricing and access to top crews, Raven Construction pays vendors on the 15th of the month — regardless of whether we have received payment from the client.

Seventy-five percent of Raven Construction's Office Managers and Field Construction Managers have over twenty years of construction experience in a leadership role in their areas of expertise.

  1. We will complete our internal punchlist prior to owner occupancy.
  2. We will walk owner's punchlist prior to owner occupancy.
  3. We will complete owner's punch list within ten working days.
  4. We will present owner with closeout documents by punchlist completion.
  5. We will respond to owner concerns within twenty-four hours.
